| A few views of the former Dublin Bus Olympians that have been acquired to update their double deck service fleet. In the near future I will add the single deck types that McColl's have recently acquired, the VL's would appear to be R984/5/6 & 993 SSA but again I don't know which one is which.
I know there was a link to this page recently posted on Garaiste, can anyone help me with the rest of the previous id's that are not listed here? The Collection currently contains at least one shot of each of the 17 Olympians owned, although not necessarily in their current state, for example M396 JGB was not sold on ebay at the end of the day, it is now in fleet livery as 3034 and the last example to enter service to date, M302 JGB (3035) has recently been converted to single door. I think the acquired vehicles are: Current Reg, Original Reg, Old Fleetnumber, Current Fleetnumber M271 JGB 95 D 231 VO4 3013 M274 JGB 95 D 229 VO10 3014 M275 JGB 95 D 215 VO3 3015 M277 JGB 95 D 227 VO5 3016 M345 JGB 95 D 233 VO1 3017 M346 JGB 95 D 232 VO2 3018 N731 RGD VO9 3019 N732 RGD VO7 3020 N883 RGD 96 D 285 VO6 3021 M381 JGB 3028 M258 JGB 3029 N931 RGD 3030 N920 RGD 96 D 284 VO8 3031 M395 JGB 3032 M397 JGB 95 D 206? 3033 M396 JGB 3034 M302 JGB 3035 From Observation All Now Have LED Displays Apart From 3032 & 3035 Which Have Dot Matrix Units And All Apart From M277 JGB Have Been Converted To Single Door. M277 JGB Has Also Been Used For Support And Filming Episodes Of A TV Series. |
